Disease Identification!!!:(

Patient name:
Hot Rod

Symptoms:
No clamped fins but stays at the bottom part of the tank. Body looks likecovered with dust on his head, body and tail. He's suspected of having White Spot Disease but still in investigation and identification.

Treatments:
Isolated in his own tank which he was never not-isolated before. Tried to treat him with Ocean free blue liquid and also the Japanese Yellow Powder (not at the same time) but still got no positive result. Made a full water change for 2 days now.

These pictures were taken when he was in his blue liquid medication. but now he's in yellow powder medication. His head and body is covered with a 'dust like' thing. Click on the image to enlarge and a better detailed view.
